UI-UX Designer

Position Overview

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer with strong Figma expertise to join our design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing user-centered experiences and translating ideas into modern, pixel-perfect interfaces. You will use Figma as your primary design and collaboration tool, creating wireframes, prototypes, and design systems that bring products to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Prototyping

  • Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma.

  • Develop interactive prototypes to validate design ideas and user flows.

  • Build and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries in Figma.

• User Experience

  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback.

  • Translate business requirements into user flows, journey maps, and interactive designs.

  • Ensure accessibility, usability, and consistency across platforms (web & mobile).

• Collaboration

  • Work closely with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility.

  • Use Figma collaboration features (comments, version control, design handoff) to streamline workflows.

  • Participate in design reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong Figma portfolio.

• Proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Variants, Components, Interactive Prototypes, FigJam).

• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive layouts, and accessibility.

• Strong visual design skills with attention to detail, typography, and spacing.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
